Window Depot is seeking elite craftsmen for its window and door division. You will own the job from arrival to final walkthrough, delivering energy-efficient, high-performance installations on residential projects.

You will be paid per project with weekly payout, targeting earnings well over six figures for top performers. Applicants must have deep expertise in window/door installation, finish carpentry, framing, or remodeling, plus mastery of aluminum trim capping, waterproofing, and caulking.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in window replacement, door installation, finish carpentry, framing, or residential remodeling.
Technical mastery of aluminum trim capping, structural squaring, waterproof flashing, and caulking.
Strong problem-solving, ability to interpret specs, and maintain a steady pace with quality.
Client-focused professionalism and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Remove legacy window/door systems without damaging surrounding trim or siding.
Square rough openings and ensure proper fit of premium replacement products.
Apply insulation, flashing, and weather-stripping for energy efficiency and seal.
Fabricate and install exterior trim capping and interior trim extensions.
Leave site immaculate and guide homeowner through final walkthrough.
