You will be paid per project with weekly payout, targeting earnings well over six figures for top performers. Applicants must have deep expertise in window/door installation, finish carpentry, framing, or remodeling, plus mastery of aluminum trim capping, waterproofing, and caulking.

What You Will Do (The Role)

As a premier brand ambassador and elite craftsman for our window and door division, you will specialize in transforming residential homes with energy-efficient, high-performance product solutions. You will take ownership of the job site from arrival to final walkthrough.

• Precision Preparation: Carefully remove legacy window and door systems without compromising the surrounding interior trim or exterior siding.
• Structural Framing & Carpentry: Assess, level, plumb, and square rough openings to guarantee the structural integrity and seamless operation of premium replacement products.
• High-Performance Weatherproofing: Execute master-class insulation, flashing, and weather-stripping to maximize energy efficiency and deliver a permanent, airtight seal against the elements.
• Master Finish Capping: Fabricate and install flawless exterior aluminum trim capping and interior trim extensions for a striking, custom-designed architectural finish.
• Customer Delight & Walkthrough: Leave the workspace completely immaculate, demonstrate the elite functionality of the new products, and guide the homeowner through a celebratory final sign-off.
