Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of technical experience or equivalent education.
• Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather and at heights.
• Ability to move up to 45 kg (100 pounds) and weigh up to 124 kg (265 lbs) excluding gear.
• Valid driver's license and US work authorization.
• Safety-sensitive position with pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on Siemens Gamesa and GE wind turbines and related equipment.
• Climb wind turbine towers daily in full safety gear to inspect, maintain, or repair equipment.
• Troubleshoot faults and repair or replace components.
• Maintain tooling, facilities, and a clean, safe work environment.
• Work a 40-hour week with possible overtime; schedule varies during peak periods.
