Located in a Merrill branch in Williamsville, NY, the MFSA role offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within the advisor development pathway while working with high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE certification required.
• 4+ years of professional or military experience.
• 2+ years in investments industry experience.
• Ability to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses within program time.
• Self-starter with strong time management and organization.
• Builds and nurtures relationships with clients and partners.
• Knowledge of risk management and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored and personalized advice to clients through reviews and presentations.
• Understand client solutions for core Banking, Investments, and Life Priority solutions.
• Shadow advisory teams to grow the portfolio and promote growth.
• Leverage tools to optimize client experience and accuracy of service.
• Participate in ongoing training to grow a financial advisory practice.
• Develop relationships with internal service providers based on client needs.
• Manage risk proactively across business activities.
