Responsibilities

• Deliver service while building relationships with E*TRADE Premier clients.
• Develop understanding of all Morgan Stanley products.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients.
• Meet objectives related to client onboarding and retention.
• Identify new asset opportunities from E*TRADE clients.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors for client needs.
• Guide clients on E*TRADE platforms for efficiency.
• Improve customer experience and satisfaction continuously.
