Job summary

The Yacht Club, a waterfront dining and events venue on the 10th floor of Chelsea's Starrett Lehigh building in NYC, is seeking a Server with elevated, high-volume restaurant experience to join our front of house team. You will guide guests with thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage program, delivering memorable service.

Responsibilities include taking orders accurately, maintaining a neat dining area, and collaborating with staff to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Servers guide guests with knowledge of food, beverages, and ingredients.
• Explain preparation details and answer guest questions confidently.
• Maintain a friendly, attentive demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Take guests' orders accurately and input into POS.
• Follow sanitation and health standards.
• Communicate needs with FOH/BOH and management.
• Ensure alcohol service complies with laws.
• Provide timely, gracious service to guests.
• Work with team to deliver orders promptly.
