Job summary

The Yacht Club is seeking a Floor Manager with elevated, high-volume restaurant experience. You will be a pivotal part of our front-of-house team, leading service and coaching staff to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, deliver polished service, and drive guest satisfaction while upholding Crew standards and hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• Must perform in a high-volume dining environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills required.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to operate a POS system and manage transactions.
• Strong leadership and adaptability in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving financial goals while maintaining brand integrity.
• Assist with inventories and orders for food and beverages.
• Ensure sanitation standards and health compliance; monitor food handling.
• Enforce safety plans per training materials.
• Conduct DOH walk-throughs and address violations immediately.
• Provide extraordinary guest service and handle escalated concerns.
• Oversee daily service and ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with GM to plan trainings and improve operations.
• Handle POS opening/closing, comps, voids, and transfers.
• Deliver friendly, attentive service and uphold Crew culture.
