• Board-certified or residency-trained veterinary oncologist, eligible for board certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced oncology consultations and patient care.
• Diagnose, stage, and manage a broad range of veterinary cancers.
• Develop individualized oncology treatment plans.
• Manage patients receiving chemotherapy and other oncology treatments.
• Collaborate with Surgery, Internal Medicine, and other services.
• Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding diagnosis, options, prognosis and care.
