Job summary

MBC Talent Connections seeks a residency-trained or board-certified Veterinary Surgeon to join a high-level emergency and specialty hospital in Oklahoma City. The role offers exposure to advanced surgical techniques in a collaborative, well-resourced environment with a challenging caseload.

You will work with emergency, critical care, and specialty clinicians, handling complex referral, emergency, exotics, and in-house surgeries while benefiting from strong mentorship and professional

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD or equivalent is required.
• Active veterinary license in good standing is required.
• Residency-trained or board-certified surgeon (or board-eligible) is required.
• Strong interest in advanced surgical medicine.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside emergency, critical care, and specialty clinicians in a team-driven setting.
• Manage complex referral, emergency, exotics, and in-house surgical cases.
• Provide mentorship and collaborative case support to colleagues.
• Engage in continuous professional development and advanced surgical procedures.
