Reimagined Parking is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant for Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. The role involves greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and delivering top‑tier customer service in a fast‑paced setting.

You will work with the Operations Manager and Shift Supervisor to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with all policies. The job requires an 18+ year old applicant with a valid license and the ability to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify compliance).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist guests as needed.
• Maintain vehicle safety, direct traffic, and monitor areas.
• Process valet fees and reconcile end-of-shift revenue.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly for waiting guests.
• Report incidents to supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with guests and teammates.
