Qualifications

• Monitors entrances and exits; controls entrances, movement of people and vehicles; operates gate and remote access devices.
• Patrols assigned site on foot or vehicle; inspects for unsafe conditions and security violations.
• Prepares logs or reports; writes reports; uses standard grammar; inspects logs.
• Protects evidence or scene of incident; sets up barriers and signage.
• Responds to incidents including fire, medical emergencies, bomb threats and weather events.
• Maintains Basic First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Issues necessary Hot Work Permits.
• Acts to ensure all property removal is conducted properly and ethically.
• Communicate in an open, honest and responsive manner; adhere to client standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitors entrances and exits; prevents unauthorized entry and controls access and parking.
• Patrols site to maintain a secure environment and check for hazards.
• Documents incidents and activities in logs/reports per client standards.
• Responds to emergencies, secures scenes, and provides directions as needed.
• Maintains basic first aid/CPR readiness and adheres to safety procedures.
