Strictly Recruitment is seeking a Trial Paralegal for a high-stakes litigation team in New York. You will work alongside leading trial attorneys on complex, high-value matters and support trial preparation from evidence management to witness coordination.

This role is for someone who thrives under pressure, with strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort with litigation support tech, including eDiscovery platforms and document management systems.

Qualifications

• Strong litigation experience gained within a respected law firm or similarly demanding environment.
• Exposure to trial preparation, with actual trial experience particularly attractive.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Confidence using litigation support technology, eDiscovery platforms and document management systems.
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and the ability to think on your feet.
• The confidence to work closely with senior attorneys in a fast‑moving, demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside leading trial attorneys on complex, high-value litigation matters.
• Playing a key role in trial preparation, from managing evidence and exhibits to coordinating witnesses and courtroom materials.
• Providing hands-on support throughout trials, hearings and other critical stages of litigation.
• Managing sophisticated document productions, discovery processes and case materials.
• Preparing deposition materials, trial bundles, witness files and courtroom presentations.
• Coordinating with attorneys, litigation support specialists, vendors and external parties.
• Helping ensure that everything runs smoothly when the pressure is on and the stakes are high.
