Qualifications

• Experience coaching competitive tennis players at high-performance levels.
• Strong ability to develop players and translate observations into development plans.
• Proven travel coordination and scheduling capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with athletes and staff.

Responsibilities

• Travel with designated athletes to tournaments up to 30 weeks per year.
• Coach competitive junior and high-performance players on campus.
• Observe matches and provide technical/tactical feedback for development.
• Collaborate with the High Performance Tennis team and other staff.
