Job summary
Farm & Forge Club in College Grove, TN seeks a High Performance Tennis Coach to develop competitive junior and high-performance players. You will deliver advanced tennis instruction and support holistic athlete development across tennis, strength/conditioning, recovery, and education.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, coach during tournaments and camps, and foster an environment of discipline, confidence, and accountability to help athletes reach their potential.
Qualifications
- Proven coaching track record with competitive junior/high-performance players.
- Strong knowledge of tennis technique, tactics, and match play.
Responsibilities
- Coach junior and high-performance players through individual and group training.
- Deliver technical, tactical, and match-play instruction.
- Develop individualized goals and training plans for athletes.
- Collaborate with strength & conditioning, recovery, education, and other performance professionals.
- Support tournaments, camps, events, and player evaluations.
