Job summary

VTG in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Systems Engineer to support Entitlement Programs and IdAM/ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes, and Digital Policy Management. You will work with a large team of developers and data engineers on system builds, testing, maintenance, and monitoring.

Responsibilities include requirements decomposition, translating customer needs into hardware and software specs, system integration, and supporting security accreditation activities (RMF/NIST).

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience with Cloud/AWS and SQL.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence; ServiceNow (ESP).
• Linux administration experience.
• Familiar with RMF/NIST security accreditation and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build outs, testing, maintenance, and monitoring of systems.
• Requirements decomposition and translating customer needs into specs.
• Ensure designs align with architecture and segment requirements.
• Support security accreditation activities and RMF/NIST processes.
