Invited Clubs in Medina, Minnesota is seeking a Swim Coach who will support the development and training of swimming activities, provide individual lessons, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members and guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong coaching experience and relevant certifications.

This role involves regular interaction with members and oversight of swimming practices to help improve swimmers' skills while maintaining club standards and a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience coaching swimmers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with members and guests.
• Must have certifications in CPR, first aid, and AED.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual swimming lessons and support swimming activities.
• Create a personalized experience for members at the aquatic facilities.
• Attend swimming meets and maintain supervision of the swimming group.
