Job summary

Insight Surgical Hospital in Warren, MI seeks a Surgical Technologist to support sterile technique and instrument handling in neuro/spine, ortho, and pain management procedures. Under supervision of Surgeon or RN, you will ensure patient safety and fast-paced care.

Ideal candidates are meticulous, team‑oriented, and able to work under pressure with strong English communication. Associate degree preferred; certification preferred; CPR within 60 days. Insight is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Surgical Technologist certification preferred
• CPR certification within 60 days of employment
• Strong English communications for patient care

Responsibilities

• Performs scrubbing and assisting duties within the sterile field during operative procedures
• Anticipates surgeon and staff needs by passing instruments and supplies with critical thinking
• Maintains and ensures proper care of all surgical instruments and equipment
• Learns quickly and maintains a positive outlook in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical safety standards
• Assists with draping and establishing the sterile field; participates in OR turnover
