Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Demonstrated experience in advanced hair services and color treatments.
• Strong guest service and communication skills for consultations.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, haircut, color, styling, and treatments.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate and upsell pro hair care and makeup products.
• Support store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain attendance and salon cleanliness.
