Ulta Beauty is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. You will deliver quality professional services with a focus on guest total look, support the Experience Manager and prioritize performance, people, and process.

Formación

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing.
• Proficiency with use of equipment and chemicals needed to perform technical work.
• Proficiency to demonstrate, recommend and sell pro hair care and makeup products.
• Developed communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, and build clientele.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, brow services, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales goal of $1900 average weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Perform product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest service experience.
• Support the execution of in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Take initiative to stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Develop guest relationships through consultations and appropriate retail and service recommendations.
• Serve all guests, including walk-in guests, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop a partnership with skin therapists and the retail team for total-store guest experience.
• Establish professional peer and brand partner relationships for exceptional guest service.
• Share benefits of the guest loyalty program with guests.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings for professional development.
• Follow safety, sanitation, infection control procedures and state guidelines.
• Follow service protocols and booking systems.
• Communicate supply needs to the Experience Manager.
• Maintain salon and store cleanliness and dress code.
• Protect company assets and perform other tasks as directed.
