Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing services.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions, makeup, and piercing.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell pro hair care and makeup products.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and state guidelines; maintain cleanliness and equipment.
• Book guests for return services and events using booking systems.
