Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, texture, styling, and updos; extensions and brow services where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain guest relationships through consultations and follow-ups.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and state board guidelines.
