Qualifications

• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for cutting, coloring, texture, styling, and extensions.
• Able to demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services (design, cuts, color, texture, treatments, styling, updos, extensions, brow services, ear piercing).
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for services and retail.
• Support events, promotions, and guest experience initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation and company standards.
• Build guest relationships and collaborate with skin therapists and retail team.
