Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services to enhance the guest's total look.

You will support the Experience Manager and focus on performance (service sales and productivity), guest service, and adherence to procedures. A cosmetology license and prior salon experience are required, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, treatments, styling, updos, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales targets.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives for an exceptional guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance and store standards.
