Ulta Beauty is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and deliver high-quality services. You will exceed service sales and productivity goals while promoting retail products and creating a total-store experience. Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

The role requires a Cosmetology license and prior salon experience, with the ability to educate guests on products and services and to maintain outstanding guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency in latest salon techniques for haircutting, coloring, styling, and makeup.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and clientele.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, styling, texture, treatments, extensions, makeup and brow services.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to store goals.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and sanitation standards.
