This role supports the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager, requires staying current on industry trends, and ensures safety and sanitation standards are followed to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, color, styling, makeup, and brow services.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, texture, styling, extensions, and brow services as applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate products to guests to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, safety, and compliance with procedures.
• Develop guest relationships through consultations and tailored recommendations.
