Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. The role focuses on delivering high-quality professional services with an emphasis on guest total look, supporting the Experience Manager and the Assistant Services Manager, and driving service sales and productivity.

The ideal candidate has a passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, brow services, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to store retail and service sales.
