Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care, and recommend products and services that enhance the guest’s total look. You will support the Experience Manager and focus on service sales, productivity, guest service, and adherence to procedures.

The role requires passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge. A cosmetology license is required with prior salon experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, color, styling, and makeup.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, texture, styling, and updos.
• Provide makeup applications and brow services where applicable.
• Consult with guests on hair care needs and recommend products.
• Achieve sales and service goals while delivering exceptional guest service.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and comply with safety and sanitation standards.
