Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, texture, styling, and requires mastery of related treatments.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail/service targets.
• Demonstrate product demonstrations to educate guests and drive sales.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives for an enhanced guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products and services to better serve guests.
