Job summary

Ulta Beauty is looking for a skilled Stylist to consult with guests on hair care needs, deliver quality services, and promote product sales. You will work with the Experience Manager and ASM to meet service and retail goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires a Cosmetology license, strong guest service, and the ability to stay informed about trends and new products. A team-focused mindset and flexible scheduling are essential to thrive in our salon environment.

Qualifications

Cosmetology license required.
Previous salon experience preferred.
Proficiency in haircutting, coloring, styling, and makeup.
Ability to sell products and services.
Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

Perform hair services including design, color, texture, styling and makeup as applicable.
Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity targets for services and retail.
Demonstrate business acumen and grow opportunities.
Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products.
Support in-store events and guest experiences.
Stay informed on industry trends and products.
Maintain regular attendance and salon standards.
