General Summary & Scope

The Elite Stylist engages with guests, consults on hair care needs, and recommends products and services. They deliver quality professional services focused on the guest's overall look, supporting the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM). The role emphasizes performance (sales, productivity), people (guest service), and process (operating procedures and compliance). A passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and product knowledge are essential.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Performance

• Perform various hair services including design, cuts, color, treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing (if applicable).
• Achieve or surpass weekly sales goals of $1900 and meet productivity targets by providing excellent guest service and supporting store sales and loyalty initiatives.
• Conduct product demonstrations to enhance sales and guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance.

People

• Develop guest relationships through consultations and tailored recommendations.
• Serve all guests efficiently, including walk-ins.
• Collaborate with skin therapists and retail team to provide comprehensive guest experiences.
• Build professional relationships with peers and brand partners.
• Promote loyalty programs and apps to guests.
• Attend training and meetings for professional development.

Process

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols, adhering to state guidelines.
• Follow established service protocols for consistent guest experiences.
• Use booking and client management systems effectively.
• Report supply needs and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Adhere to dress code and protect company assets.
• Perform other operational tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Education
