Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles.
• Ability to design and deliver multi‑week life‑skills workshops with clear progression.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional student motivation, growth, and life‑skill mastery at Alpha's campuses.
• Deliver structured life‑skills workshops built for mastery and assessment through Alpha's systems.
• Set the morning cultural tone to reinforce high‑performance expectations across the campus.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and consistent motivation.
