Job summary

Alpha seeks a Student Performance Strategist to motivate and coach high-expectation K-12 students at Alpha's top campuses. You will split time between 1-on-1 coaching, small-group sessions, and leading structured life-skills workshops designed for mastery.

You bring a track record of elite achievement and 3+ years in coaching or leadership roles, plus the ability to design impactful multiweek workshops. This is a full-time, in-person role at Alpha campuses across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least one instance of exceptional achievement in a highly selective domain.
• 3+ years of coaching/mentoring experience.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging life-skills workshops with clear progression.
• Lawful right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach students in high-expectation environments.
• Lead structured life-skills workshops and measure mastery.
• Set and reinforce high-performance culture through focused kickoffs.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trust with students and families through consistent motivation plans.
