Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated exceptional achievement in a highly selective domain.
• Minimum 3 years coaching/mentoring experience with youth.
• Ability to design and deliver multiweek life-skills workshops.
• Willing to work in-person at Alpha campuses in the listed US locations; relocation support provided.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Drive exceptional student motivation, growth, and life-skill mastery at Alpha's campuses.
• Serve as a trusted mentor, setting high standards and coaching students through challenges.
• Lead structured life-skills workshops and assess mastery via Alpha's system.
• Set mornings' culture through focused kickoff activities promoting high performance.
• Build relationships with students and families, maintaining documentation of progress.

Bachelor's degree

3+ years experience in coaching / mentoring
