This role blends coaching excellence with hospitality, focusing on safety and measurable progress across sessions and small groups.

You will maintain equipment, support onboarding, and adapt programming for injuries while staying current with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Current nationally accredited personal training or strength and conditioning certification.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
• 3+ years of experience coaching strength and conditioning; luxury/hospitality environment a plus.
• Strong knowledge of periodization and movement quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver individualized strength programs based on goals and movement screens.
• Conduct fitness assessments and track progress.
• Coach technique and prioritise safety during sessions.
• Adapt programs for injuries and refer when needed.
• Maintain floor safety and equipment standards.
