Job summary

MADabolic is seeking energetic trainers who deliver top-tier coaching and a world-class experience on the training floor. You will lead 2-4 classes weekly, ensure proper form, and greet clients to create a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include preparation, demonstrations, and movement cueing while maintaining a clean space. Travel to Charlotte for a 2-day Training Camp may be required; growth opportunities are available within the organization.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Accredited training certification must be completed before teaching class.
• Excellent movement mechanics and strong physical fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Weekend availability may be required; travel to Training Camp may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach a minimum of 2-4 classes per week.
• Prepare for class with performance points and cues.
• Maintain a clean, organized training floor.
• Train 2-4x per week at MADabolic.
