Job summary

MADabolic, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a dedicated trainer to deliver expert movement cues and world-class client experiences on the training floor.

You will coach 2-4 classes per week, welcome members in the lobby, and uphold high standards of coaching and professionalism. Qualifications include an accredited training certification and CPR certification, with an emphasis on movement mechanics and strong interpersonal skills; weekend or varied hours may be required to meet class schedules.

Qualifications

• Accredited training certification required, prior to teaching class.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong movement mechanics and fitness test readiness.
• Excellent interpersonal and room-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach 2-4 MAD classes per week.
• Prepare for class by studying key performance points and deliver instructions, demos, warmups and 1:1 cues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and structured training floor.
• Train 2-4x/week as part of personal development and brand engagement.
