Job summary

MADabolic, Inc. Houston is seeking a high-performing trainer to lead small-group and 1:1 sessions with focus on proper form and real strength development. You’ll greet clients, provide coaching cues, and deliver a world-class experience on the training floor.

Responsibilities include coaching 4–6 classes weekly, preparing sessions in advance, maintaining a professional studio environment, and training 2–4x/week personally to stay sharp. Some travel to MADabolic Training Camp may be required.

Qualifications

• Accredited training certification required before teaching class.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent movement mechanics and physical strength.
• Willingness to travel to Training Camp in Charlotte, NC if needed.
• Weekend/early morning or evening availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach 4–6 classes per week.
• Deliver class instructions, demos, warmups, and 1:1 movement cues.
• Maintain a clean, organized training floor.
• Train 2–4x per week outside class times.
