Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Specialist to support SOF personnel with evidence-based physical performance and injury mitigation. You will design individual and group training, teach proper techniques, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure safe, timely readiness for missions.

Preferred candidates reside near Eglin AFB, FL, and hold a Secret clearance. This is a hybrid, full-time role with strong growth and certification support available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; master preferred.
• CSCS or SCCC certification required.
• CPR certification mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations per contract requirements.
• Develop training protocols for SOF personnel.
• Coordinate with Human Performance and medical teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
