Job summary

New England Revolution is seeking an Assistant Athletic Trainer to deliver comprehensive medical care, injury prevention, and rehab for professional players across training and competition. You will collaborate with physicians, performance staff, and coaches to manage return-to-play decisions and travel with the team.

Strong clinical judgment, organization, and privacy compliance are essential, as is the ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Athletic Training from an accredited program.
• 2–4 years of professional athletic training experience at elite level athletics.
• BOC certification; Massachusetts license or eligibility.
• Spanish-language proficiency strongly preferred.
• Current CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive athletic training services for NE Revolution athletes.
• Develop and progress individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Maintain medical documentation and ensure privacy compliance.
• Coordinate medical care including physician visits, imaging, and referrals.
• Provide coverage for training, matches, travel, and camp; support education programs.
