Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Athletic Training or related healthcare field.
• 2–4 years of professional Athletic Trainer experience; elite athletics preferred.
• Expertise in injury evaluation, emergency care, rehabilitation, and return-to-play progression.
• Experience with integrated sports medicine teams and documentation.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and medical documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience mentoring students/interns; coordinating clinical education.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; maintain confidentiality.
• Spanish-language proficiency strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel and work nontraditional hours.

Aufgaben

• Provide athletic training services for athletes, including prevention, evaluation, immediate and emergency care, treatment, and clinical management.
• Develop and progress individualized rehabilitation programs with collaborators across sports medicine.
• Monitor athlete health, maintain medical documentation, and share updates with staff while protecting privacy.
• Coordinate medical care including physician visits, imaging, referrals, and health assessments.
• Provide medical coverage for training, matches, travel, camps, and competitions across seasons.
• Manage resources, supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination for sports medicine operations.
• Oversee athletic training student programs, internships, and fellowships in collaboration with leadership.
• Support compliance, quality, and research initiatives within MLS and club policies.
