Job summary

Responsibilities include contributing to the Slots Team, addressing work orders, and maintaining knowledge of technologies used in the department. Must be 21+, able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License, and work on-site in Whitney, CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as manuals and procedures.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from team members and guests.
• Effective communication in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Clear written and verbal communication with guests, team members and management.
• Basic math skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s service standards at all times.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Understand OSHA safety codes for chemicals and electrical equipment.
• Move slot machines: prepare, string power cords, bolt to stands.
• Perform routine slot maintenance and action work orders.
• Participate in preventive maintenance of slot machines and related equipment.
• Test touch screens and buttons; calibrate and replace as needed.
• Clean inside and outside of machines; access CPU to clean fans and boards.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge relevant to the department.
