Job summary

Palisades Tahoe in Olympic Valley, California, is seeking seasonal ski team coaches to develop athletes aged 7-20. The role focuses on implementing curriculum and advancing athletic and personal growth within the Alpine U-System.

Qualifications

• Must have US Ski & Snowboard membership.
• Experience coaching at competition level/segment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to be a team player.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communicator and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Set up quality training environments; transport and install equipment for training and safety.
• Implement team training per manager directions; ensure curriculum quality.
• Focus on long-term athlete development and skill retention.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Attend required trainings and meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
