Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Service Bartender to provide exceptional guest service within the Premium Service Department, covering Bars, Suites, In-Seat or Restaurant environments. You will handle beverage orders, follow standard recipes, and maintain liquor controls while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires 18+ years old, strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure service standards.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Sufficient mobility to perform production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to our team members.
• Responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service of beverage orders.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while maintaining liquor controls.
• Set-up, on-going maintenance and clean-up of workstation.
• Bartenders will be accountable for compliance with product handling and inventory policy and procedures.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly following established TIPS training and policies.
• Fulfill opening and closing duties.
• Set up and maintain a clean, neat and safe work area.
• Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the venue.
