Qualifications

• One year of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• CDK and Xtime experience a plus.
• Positive, friendly attitude and strong communication.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to achieve targeted goals.
• Interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service needs and explain recommended maintenance and repairs.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to maximize efficiency.
• Explain pricing, estimate time, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow-up with customers on turnaround.
