Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Elite Security Officer Mobile Driver in Bellmead, TX. This role offers flexible anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform.

Responsibilities include customer service, armed patrols, incident response, and monitoring access points. A Level III Armed Certification in Texas and a valid driver’s license are required, with a commitment to safety and community protection.

As a Elite Security Officer Part Time Mobile Driver in Bellmead, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $26.50 / Hour

DayTimeMon08:00 AM - 03:45 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to store customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of sales floors, parking areas, loading areas, entrances, exits, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, then report concerns according to site‑specific procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and communicate with site leadership, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
