Elite Security Officer - Armed Retail Patrol

Position: Full Time | Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

As an Armed Security Officer in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries, including Retail and Malls. Your duties include patrolling assigned areas, deterring incidents, and providing a welcoming presence. This role involves carrying a firearm and may require driving.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security procedures and enforce site policies while delivering excellent customer service.
• Respond to incidents calmly and effectively, including armed responses if necessary.
• Perform routine and random patrols to deter unwanted activity.
• Assist with emergency responses, adapting to the retail environment.
• Maintain a visible presence to reassure staff and visitors.

Minimum Requirements

• Armed Guard Card/License and Level III Armed Security Officer Certification in Texas.
• At least 3 years of law enforcement, military experience, or 5+ years of armed security experience, or a college degree.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and meet company driving policies.
• High school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screening required.
