Responsibilities

• Conducts surveillance of school buildings, grounds and activities; ensuring the security of the school and enforcing rules.
• Patrols hallways, stairwells, restrooms and parking areas during the school day.
• Monitors entrances, checks IDs and parking decals, and maintains visitors logs.
• Assists with fire drills, emergency evacuations and lockdowns.
• Escorts disruptive students and assists in investigations of disturbances and potential threats.
