Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus but training is provided.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through preset appointments.
• Conduct roof inspections and assess homeowner needs.
• Educate customers on products, pricing, materials and timelines.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers from initial contact through close.
• Guide homeowners through the entire project lifecycle from inspection to close.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM.
• Deliver professional service and represent IBC Roofing with professionalism.
• Follow up on all outstanding leads, proposals and documentation.
