Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking an independent RoofField Inspector to join our national contractor network. You will inspect steep and high roofs, assess exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections to support claims resolutions.

As an independent contractor, you’ll work autonomously, document findings with lidar and MS Office tools, and deliver precise reports while maintaining safety and professional standards for our insurance partners.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely navigate and inspect any type of roof, specifically steep and high roofs.
• Technical ability to complete inspections in varied weather conditions.
• Detail Oriented
• Strong customer service skills
• Empathy when dealing with insureds
• An entrepreneurial spirit
• Roofing and construction related backgrounds and/or insurance claims experience are a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Inspect steep and high roofs and assess exterior and interior damage.
