Domino's Pizza is seeking a General Manager for a Chicago suburbs location. You will oversee shift operations, inventory, control costs, and customer relations, setting the tone for the store and leading by example 100% of the time.

Responsibilities include training, staffing, developing the business plan, and maintaining food safety, quality, and cleanliness. Prior management experience is required; salary ranges from $52,000 to $70,000 with competitive benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ is required.
• Driving record check may be required.
• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting and staffing.
• Oversee safe, delicious food while keeping a clean, organized restaurant.
• Creative marketing approaches (fundraisers, community engagement).
• Leadership and team development are highly valued.
• Ability to deliver a great customer experience.
• Previous restaurant management experience.
• Willingness to jump in and assist where needed.

Responsibilities

• Models and creates an environment that ensures a positive customer service experience.
• Training and development: hires quality people and ensures training, motivation and empowerment.
• Develops and executes the business plan, including fiscal responsibilities and local store marketing.
• Upholds fair business practices and sets a positive example for the team.
• Plans, organizes and implements daily operational routines and activities.
• Manage 3–30 employees during scheduled shifts.
• Responsible for all store operations and daily results.
• Produce fast, accurate, and consistent products following recipes and procedures.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from front to back.
• Maintain professional appearance per grooming and uniform standards.
